- Responsible for Customer onboarding and first point of contact for all customer queries.- Responsible for defining the project plan, executing the product implementation and strategy with assigned accounts, and building strong relationships by actively managing key stakeholders. - Managing account priorities by ROI analysis.- Responsible for leading and executing weekly account reviews and QBR with assigned accounts to ensure healthy progress and to provide the latest updates from the product development standpoint. - Responsible for getting the sign-off from customers after completing every milestone and final sign-off after completing product deployment.- Accountable for tracking and analyzing customers' requests/tickets.- Conducting the cadence calls with the customer to help the customer achieve the quarterly goals and roadmap planning.

• Accelerate customer adoption of McAfee Mvision Cloud by leading the implementation journey. Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.• Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and drive new feature development. Lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.• Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand a customer’s business and develop strategic roadmaps. Lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to better understand business and technical needs.• Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Support, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to ensure customer success during critical moments. Work with customers and Support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.• Develop best practices and resources that help accelerate cloud adoption and support initiatives to scale through partners.
