I am a Cabin Manager with over 15 years experience in both economy class and business class environments. For the past 15 years I have been working with Sri Lankan Airlines, one of the most prestigious airlines to the Indian Ocean and National carrier in Sri Lanka. During my time in this role, I have spent over 10000 hours in the air, travelling to locations in Europe, Middle East, South Asia, East Asia, South East Asia, Asia Pacific Region and Africa. As many of our passengers (both Economy class and Business Class) are regulars, I have developed an understanding of their preferences and built a rapport with them, which has enabled me to provide a tailored, more effective service. I have managed towards improving passengers' onboard experience and ensuring they felt at home onboard. So far, my smart work had been appreciated by many passengers in writing and in the future, I intend to continue to provide passengers with an excellent and a further upgraded service. In addition, I am currently following a Masters degree London Metropolitan University ESOFT Metro Campus- Colombo in order to fulfill my post graduate educational qualifications. I am also a holder of an Bachelor of Business Management which I completed at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
