• Plan and coordinate Smart Card production in Full Auto Milling and Implanting Line (Jin Guanwei Technology, Model – JGCFT 2000+), CNC operations and job setting Mitsubishi control.• Controlling Smart Card Milling and Embedding, Make changes in milling program, Check the working of related machines connected to Milling and Implanting machine.• Quality Control of Smart Card, Effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize Smart Card production.• Identify unsafe operations and practices in CNC machine and report the same to Manager immediately, Perform analysis to reduce PVC card and module rejections.• Evaluate current Smart Card production activities and make recommendations for improvements.
