Upekkha is a fund and accelerator for B2B SaaS companies.In my role as Head of Tech & Prod, I was responsible for building the tech team from scratch. I led the conceptualization and development of three key products designed to advance org objectives:• Signals: An insights platform integrating data from sources like QuickBooks, ZohoBooks, and HubSpot to assess the health and progress of SaaS startups. Signals has been instrumental in delivering targeted interventions that accelerate startup growth.• Hive: A no-code workflow and automation platform that facilitates collaboration among startups, mentors, and the Upekkha team. Hive helped scale our cohort by 3x, while keeping the team size the same.• AskUp: An AI-RAG platform that enables querying within a vast repository of over 700 educational videos, enhancing learning and accessibility for startup founders.

In addition to my responsibilities as Head of Technology & Product, I also took on the role of Head of Investments at Upekkha, where I played a key role in identifying, funding, and accelerating SaaS startups. My contributions include:• Capital Deployment: Successfully scaled investments to 51 startups(3x the previous 6m), thus fueling startups growth and innovation.• Startup Mentorship: Conducted bi-weekly check-ins with startups, providing targeted mentorship to expedite their journey to product-market fit (PMF).• Stakeholder Management: Collaborated with diverse stakeholders including legal, compliance, CPAs, CAs etc to establish processes & SLAs that scaled investment operations efficiently.• Process Innovation: Developed and implemented efficient processes and systems that enhanced the productivity and effectiveness of the investment team.
