- Managing post-sales activities & backend operations of projects that includes bookings / logins, and so on
- Expertise in managing collections in all Delhi/ NCR projects as per company norms; proactively followed-up with the customers
- Ensuring Proper Documentation of Customers Including Welcome Kit, Allotment Letter, Demand notice and Payment Receipts &
- Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Performing quality assurance
