Current• Liaising with internal department such as Accounts, Projects, MIS, Sales, Legal & Head Offices/ Site Office) and ensuring a fault-free customer complaint follow-up & closure of the case• Managing post-sales activities & backend operations of projects that includes bookings / logins, and so on• Expertise in managing collections in all Delhi/ NCR projects as per company norms; proactively followed-up with the customers• Ensuring Proper Documentation of Customers Including Welcome Kit, Allotment Letter, Demand notice and Payment Receipts &• Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements• Performing quality assurance• Defining reporting and alerting requirements• Reinforced established quality control standards and followed procedures for optimal customer interactions• Help design, document and maintain system processes• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team• Communicate key insights and findings to product team
