It was not available in the local market and the delivery time was more than 2 months to get the product from other sources. The customer wanted the product urgently.We quoted a Higher price and promised a delivery in 1 Working week. The order was placed on Day 1 and the customer received the product on Day 5.Customer was happy.2) A customer was looking for an OEM part. The OEM was charging very heavily.We quoted the same part in the same brand at a lower Price and delivered it successfully in the promised time.Customer was happy and so were we. 3) A customer was facing issues with his conveyor Belts. They were giving low life and were facing several issues with the belts.We Supplied the belts at a slightly higher price and the issues with the conveyor belts were reduced and the life of the belts increase and as a result, the overall cost was reduced though the investments were higher.We became a regular supplier for the customer.4) A customer wanted a conveyor belt that was easy to remove and insert and at the same time, did not want a large investment cost. They were finding it difficult to clean under the conveyor belt and we provided the best solution possible.
