During this time I led a team of consultants and executed process optimisation projects in France , Malaysia, Indonesia , Norway, Hungary and USA. As part of these projects, I travelled to France but due to travel restrictions, I had to execute other projects remotely while collaborating with 25+ client official’s in each country belonging to cross functional teams and diverse cultural backgrounds.

I took an internal transfer to the Tech team and was onboarded by the EY team catering to India’s biggest tech firm with USD 17 Billion.I got opportunities to provide off-site support to senior members travelling to Germany, Brazil & USA.Using Alteryx (Data analytics software) and in depth research of the industry benchmark I was able to generate significant insights to optimise the cost ($ 220 million) and process of employee travel management. Due to my deep understanding of the subject matter I was selected by the team leadership to present the findings to the Global CFO of the client in the quarterly meeting. I was the first ever Associate Consultant to get this opportunity which is usually reserved for managers & above.

Based on performance in the initial month’s I was selected to join the 150+ member project team to help to optimise the business process of India’s biggest Oil & Gas (O&G) company. I was the only analyst level memeber in the team and this was EY India’s biggest project contributing upto USD 13 million in revenue. As part of this project I got the opportunity to independently execute projects and work 10+ months in an O&G factory and 18+ months at the national HQ of the O&G company.
