Support the Recruitment and Sourcing team through the functional management of specific administrative tasks associated with the recruitment and hiring process. Responsible for communicating with both teams to deliver what is required.-Handle the processing and completing of the Character Reference Check of the candidates across recruitment teams-Handle job ad posting on company's social media channels such as LinkedIn and Facebook-In charge of the MultiplyMii Affiliate Program (MAP) cash reward processing, rehire eligibility tracking, and other relative tasks-Manage the updating of the MM Competitor Salary Scan on a quarterly basis-Conduct Market Research and support as necessary-Provide QA and handle the LinkedIn profile sweep for the whole Recruitment Team-In charge of monitoring the SOA liquidation and consolidation of the individual productivity report on a monthly basis-Handle the consolidation and submission of the monthly HotJobs to the Growth team via Click Up-Collaborate with the Social Media team in ensuring that recruitment-relatedads are in compliance with the Social Media and branding guidelines-Managing vendor relationships and relevant account subscriptions for the team such as acquisition to deactivation-Admin tasks including but not limited to tracker management, collating of reports, filing and data storage, social media management, referral bonus processing and market research
