• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, with a specialization in Business Intelligence Data Analytics positions.• Collaborate closely with Hiring Leaders to develop effective strategies for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding candidates while maintaining a deep understanding of their urgent hiring needs.• Provide regular updates on the progress of active searches through proactive status reports and conversations with stakeholders.• Develop strong relationships with passive candidates who align with our leadership principles and organizational culture.• Create and maintain a talent network by conducting proactive market research and building exceptional relationships with potential candidates. • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' suitability and anticipate hiring manager preferences, resulting in high interview-to-offer ratios.
