• 6.9 Years of software development as well as Business analysis work experience in Telecom Rating using SQL, Shell Scripting under UNIX and Linux environment.• Adopt at all phases of project life-cycle, including requirements gathering, Documentation, Development, User analysis, Testing, Support activities. • Validate objectives, elicit requirements, organize and prioritize requirements, validating functional specifications for successful implementation in SCRUM methodology• Translate client’s requirements into user story, meet up with product owner, coordinate with other development teams, testing team to define design specifics and technical details• Experience in co-coordinating with business and IT across all phases of software development life cycle.• Have experience of leading a team (having 4 team members)• Good exposure to Defect life cycle, tracking and root cause analysis.• Ability to work independently as well as cohesively with a team, towards the overall achievement of project goals.• Well acquainted with Software Development life cycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life cycle (STLC).• Have Experience of working at the onsite.• Have Expertise in directly handling Client Defects.• Creative enough to handle complex tasks and a very quick learner
