The future of brands is centered between diversity, sustainability, and resilience. As consumers continue to grow more conscious about their purchases, these are the questions brands will hear time and again: "Where did this come from?" and “What were the impacts of this product?”. Although my background has primarily been tied to the fresh produce industry, this has not hindered my interest in regenerative branding across all businesses. As a Harvest & Supply Analyst, innovation and cross-cultural communication remained at the forefront of my daily tasks. Here, I was challenged to effectively communicate with native Spanish speakers as I collected harvest capacity data and strategized logistics for the next day’s harvest. This role has taught me to have an adaptable approach in my career, thus, empowering me to use every day as an opportunity to learn. Although I was successful at my previous occupation, I continue to reach for a career that correlates with my core values, so I am now exploring new career opportunities. I strive for interconnectedness between suppliers and consumers while maintaining my roots dug deep into the soils of passion, integrity, and character. As an individual, I thrive in this setting. This setting excites me to unify communities and interact with cultures unlike my own. It is a place where I am motivated to listen and learn about others and why they are the way they are. It inspires me to bridge the global supply chain ethically through conversation and sustainability. In my future, I look forward to supporting an honest and empowering industry as it diversifies and unites the growing global population.
