• Liaise with Head Office on sales aspects that involves timely handling of all emails, sales leads, bidding, progress chasing. • Register and issue all internal and external stake holders all freight tariffs / rate sheets / surcharges and amendments as guided by Head - Office and the Trade Manager.

•Leads operational task such as booking, scheduling, logistics activities, B/L manifestation & invoicing. • Pricing, procurement, sales coordination and negotiation with carriers and contractors /vendors.• Monitoring, coordinating and controlling independent projects, both door to door and door to port. • Leading a team of five members on scheduling, troubleshooting, mediating in operational tasks.

• Leads operational task such as booking, scheduling, logistics activities, B/L manifestation & invoicing. • Managing customs clearance procedures and transport documents (Exports & Imports). • Monitor and coordinate warehouse operations for LCL consolidation to African destination. • Training staffs in logistics operations, warehousing and field duties.
