After Sapiens acquisition of Tia Technology, I was presented with a great opportunity to integrate two completely different ecosystems of enterprise applications into one. This was done for an Argentinian client which was undergoing its digital transformation. I was put in charge of implementation of the digital portal which was covering policy management and claims administration systems. This was achieved by leveraging Sapiens cloud solutions in a new environment, where it never operated. I had to lead this implementation by coordinating efforts of DevOps, API integrators, customer experience designers, business analysts, developers and testers located in India, Lithuania, Portugal and various South American countries. Additional challenge was Spanish language – this was the first time I used it in professional setting having learned it on my own. This project allowed me to adapt to very different working conditions, focus on client needs, communicate effectively and continuously improve my technical, Spanish language and soft skills.At the moment I am leading an implementation of reinsurance system for one of the clients in Chile. It has to be implemented in parallel with the reinsurance system upgrade led by Sapiens R&D team. This means that the reinsurance system is evolving while it is being implemented bringing with its own set of trials.

After joining Tia Technology I was immediately assigned to help one of the customers in South Africa. He was having challenges with the reinsurance solution that was implemented at the time – it was poorly maintained and was not behaving according to the needs of the insurance company. My task was to help with the system stabilization efforts onsite. The tasks that had to be done:• Analyze existing reinsurance solution• Identify faults and propose solutions• Navigate complex political landscape• Deliver solutions that the client couldn’t get for 5 years from their maintenance team.My next task was to work with internal Tia R&D team to build a new highly-requested accounting feature: commissions cash calls. I had to quickly integrate myself in a new mindset and build the solution together with the already established agile team.

Every month Danske Bank's mobile bank solutions have more than 20 million visitors and is constantly growing. The team I was part of was playing a major role in creating fundamentally new solutions for smart phones, tablets and web. Applying best software development and UX practices, creativity and teamwork in agile environment, exceptional quality – this was our goal and commitment. We were primarily focusing on new mobile bank security solutions for Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway and UK customers.I was working on business analysis for mobile bank security features and closely cooperated with Software Engineers and Product Owners.My responsibilities included:• Transforming Business needs and requirements into world class customer solutions and experience• Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders• Product Backlog keeping and planning activities• Challenging the Business, my team, my manager so we were sure we were make the right solutions from a customer point of view• Delivering what is agreed on a right time• Acting as a Scrum Master and leading the team through the Agile journey.

I was a Senior Consultant at Insurance Solution Division. I was with Affecto for 10 years. My work duties evolved around TIA solution: mainly web based applications, Products, Sales and other application shell components (Authorisation, Batches, Printing, etc.). My tasks included business analysis, design and development (both: front-end and back-end TIA solutions), therefore I considered myself as an experienced TIA consultant with deep knowledge of underlying logic in insurance business domain.My typical duties were:- analysis of product lines (TIA products), add-on applications (sales portals), add-on modules (data conversion, third party imports) and business change requests;- structural design of business requirements;- consulting of business users with relation to TIA and its add-ons;- architecture of software solutions;- implementation of requirements within long or short term iterations;- technical team leading and management of various project stages.

Profis was the very first company I have ever worked at. It was a great place to get to know the industry and learn valuable lessons. I had a chance to work on multiple small web projects that included:- Development of company’s proprietary content management system (CMS).
