Therefore, we carry out the below procedures,Depend on the improved feasibility of current designs and process to make the targets.According to the targets, organizing the tasks and tracking its progress.Utilize the weekly meeting to solve the sudden issues rapidly.Integrate the manufacturing data and then get the optimization between the process capability and ES demand.In the end we didn't only accomplish this task within the time limit, but also reduce the cost to 22%.
