• Provide assistance on operation and maintenance of AT&T’s managed IP telephony infrastructure• Interface with customers to gather information about the trouble and analyze variety of factors within applicable standards and procedures to develop solutions• Handles escalated issues from Tier 1; Tasks include but not limited to, identification of transport-related issues, LAN/CPE/PBX issues, network, VPN and MPLS-related issues, router configuration and replacement, engagement of other AT&T teams to assist in troubleshooting• Utilize packet capture and SIP tools in analyzing voice call samples to isolate and resolve VoIP troubles such as one way audio, dropped calls and inability to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls• Update access control list and block port to prevent fraudulent calls• Troubleshoot inbound and outbound Caller-ID issues, latencies and packet drops, internet gateways and client’s usable IP range and DNS resolvers, DHCP and NAT for Cisco routers• Work in conference with Service Managers and third-party customer’s PBX vendors to identify the trouble, provide proper workaround and resolution, conduct testing and implement fixes• Coordinate with US Tier 2 and Tier 3 counterparts in resolving network and VoIP issues• Document troubleshooting analysis and actions taken to include in Sharepoint database
