Non-profit organization that aims to fight against all forms of piracy, which generate losses not only to the detriment of the industry but also to governments.At present, Alianza is comprised of the main members of the content industry operating in the Latin American region, including pay-TV operators such as DirecTV Latin America, SimpleTV (Venezuela), and SKY Brasil; pay-TV signal programmers and content producers such as Warner Bros. Discovery, The Walt Disney Company, LaLiga, Grupo Globo, Win Sports, Telecine, 1190 (Peru), and Ole Distribution (representing channels from A&E Networks, NBCUniversal, Sony, and IVC); professional leagues such as the Professional Football League - LFP Argentina -; technology providers and industry associations such as Nagra Kudelski, ABTA - Brazilian Association of Pay TV, and CAPPSA - Chamber of Producers and Programmers of Audiovisual Signals, with agreements with non-governmental entities for joint pursuit of piracy.
