Achievements• Ensured effective fundraising, partnerships and consultancy services to grow income from US$ 0.3M to US$ 1.5M per annum and reserves from zero to US$ 0.6M. • Built long-term partnerships with industry, government and private foundations which secured USD 9 million income over eight years.• Forged partnerships with industry and NGOs to develop new markets in chemicals, power generation, recycled carbon, scope 3 emissions and textiles. • Developed new business strategy, rebranded RSB and streamlined certification system. From 2019 to 2020 there was a 110% growth in certified sites and offices. • Developed consultancy services as additional revenue stream accounting for 15% of income. • Built a remote team (11 staff across 7 countries) which allowed for 20% savings on staff costs and 90% reduction in office costs. • Coached and ensured appropriate benefits for staff resulting in an ‘exceptionally motivated team’ according to a 2021 external review.• Ensured accreditation of RSB standard by ICAO (global aviation), EU, Japan, Australia and the Netherlands.• Worked closely with Board to put in place organisational merger. • Ensured delivery on multiple projects on aviation supply chains, blockchain, smallholder farmers and national sustainability requirements in Africa, Asia, Australia and the Americas.
