Rolf supported the Deutsche Flugsicherung (DFS), the German Air Traffic Control company responsible for air traffic control services in the German airspace. He was responsible for creating the ATCSI Functionality Tree, an innovative proprietary methodology that optimizes requirements development, maintenance and tracking of Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems. Mr. Kramer participated in the Operational Requirements Team, which developed and drafted requirements for the new ATC system for Bremen, Berlin, Düsseldorf, and München airspace.
