At CNRS, my work as a Postdoctoral Researcher weaves together rigorous physics research with advanced data analysis, focusing on the development of silicon pixel detectors. My competencies include experimental particle physics and C++ programming, sharpened by over three years of dedicated research and development in the field. As part of our team, we've contributed to the MIMOSIS1 project, pushing the boundaries of detector technology.Previously, as a Senior Technician at AGH University, I played a pivotal role in the development of FPGA firmware for beam tests of detector prototypes. This role required a deep understanding of HDL and a collaborative approach to innovation, ensuring the success of our contributions to the future linear collider project. My experience is underpinned by a strong foundation in problem-solving and critical thinking, essential in the fast-evolving domain of experimental physics.During my Master's and PhD research, I specialized in the R&D of silicon detectors, focusing on Japanese SOI technology and monolithic pixel detectors. My work included the design of pixel detector readout systems, particularly in mixed-mode circuits and SAR ADCs, utilizing Verilog for hardware description and optimization. I developed a strong expertise in data analysis from test beam experiments, with a focus on debugging, spatial resolution, and efficiency evaluation of analog pixel detectors.I actively contributed to collaborations with major research projects such as LHCb, CLICdp, and LumiCal, where I supported the development and testing of cutting-edge detector technologies. I participated in multiple test beam campaigns, collaborating closely with international teams to optimize detector performance. My technical skills were complemented by proficiency in version control systems like Git, along with experience in securing and managing numerous research grants. These experiences have honed my ability to navigate the technical, analytical, and collaborative challenges of experimental particle physics.
