Over the last 8 years, I have provided consulting and implementation services for the HID solutions part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Consumer Authentication (CA) portfolios.● Consulting Services ➞Provide product demo and technical advice during proof-of-Concept (POC) ➞Run discovery analysis workshop to translate business requirements into functional / technical requirements, analyze the technical requirements and assess priorities using the MOSCOW methodology then deliver requirement analysis document. ➞Identify and mitigate any potential gaps to ensure a project is delivered according to stated requirements then deliver gap analysis document. ➞Use data collected during the requirements and gap analysis phases to design the overall solution. ➞Deliver High Level solution Design (HLD) document and deliver Acceptance Test Plan (ATP).● Implementation Services ➞Advisor to the customer’s IT teams to ensure infrastructure is well defined and all required technical pre- requisites and clearly understood ➞Lead multiple implementations of complex projects and optimization of HID products ➞Lead the solution accreditation process to verify that all stated requirements have been met, and the solution has been implemented according to the solution design document. ➞Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to keep client project team informed of project status. ➞Actively involved in the ongoing improvement of the HID product suite and the services implementation methodology to build and share repeatable processes and quality deliverables that may be leveraged across multiple projects to increase speed and reduce costs ➞Provide post implementation assistance through customer training and technical assistance
