Responsible of Rafale avionics portfolio

In charge of promoting and selling Thales AVS localisation & navigation solutions (inertial and satellite positionning technologies) in the fields of Defense and Space.

Responsabilities and intervention scope are similar to the Superalloys portfolio. Titanium reprents the highest demand in raw material for Safran (volumes and turnover)

Responsabilties and intervention scope : • To identify the superalloys demand from all Safran subsidaries• To define a mid-long term purchasing strategy on the portfolio• To drive RFQ and others productivity actions resulting from the strategy assessment• To manage the supplier’s panel: supervision of the contractual commitments and deliveries performance. • To support technical team in their development partnership: negotiation, contractualisation• To achieve the annual economic performance target for the portfolio• To define and oversee the financial hedging related to the superalloys market

Margoconseil is an Information System consulting firm specialized in trading activities. My responsabilites and instervention scope were: • To develop a customer portfolio on the long term: identification of potential business, commercial meetings to introduce Margoconseil expertise and to catch consulting demand. • To build strong and attractive consulting offers• To negotiate contracts• To drive customer satisfaction and the economic contracts performance• To manage a consultant team (around 25): career advancement follow-up, training implementation
