As a student assistant, my main job is to maintain relations between EPFL and its more than 35'000 Alumni-a-es. From a local point of view, I've been helping in creating and organizing events (workshops, graduation ceremony...) on the EPFL Campus, aiming to represent EPFL Alumni image.

The Comité des Etudiants HEC is the representative association of the HEC Faculty. Our role is to represent and help students during their academic progress. On top of that, we are here to improve their student experience by organizing many various events throughout the year (approximately 30 events).As President, I lead a 12 members team. My main challenge is to help and motivate everyone, aiming to make them achieve their personal goals. I am also responsible for internal communications with the University and external with financial partners. The team consists in 9 divisions organising their own events: sport events, conferences, parties and Bal HEC. The team works together on the events realisation through each step, until their achievements. In April, we organise the major event of the HEC Faculty -the Bal HEC- which is a dinner and a party at Fairmont Le Montreux Palace (Montreux, Switzerland) for 1'200 students.

I had the opportunity to join this young start-up, whose main business is the importation of a typical Serbian alcohol and the selling on the Swiss market. We worked on the communication and development of this new brand.My job consisted in managing the finances with the CFO and find new funding sources.Annual budget: CHF50’000.
