As a Public Relations Executive at Cognizance, IIT Roorkee, one of Asia's largest and most prestigious tech festivals, I honed a diverse set of skills integral to strategic communication, event management, and leadership. My role involved orchestrating comprehensive event plans, effectively managing teams, and ensuring seamless execution of various activities throughout the festival.My responsibilities extended beyond the campus, where I led promotional campaigns and built strategic partnerships. I spearheaded promotional trips to prominent institutions such as Chandigarh University, Uttarakhand University, and CGC, enhancing the festival's outreach and engagement. Additionally, I co-organized zonal events at Integral University, Lucknow, demonstrating my capability to manage and execute large-scale events collaboratively.These experiences have equipped me with a robust skill set in strategic communication, event planning, and leadership, fostering a deep understanding of public relations and event management dynamics.
