Corporate Interactions Group

CIG is an active platform to bridge the gap between the Industry and the Academia. The raison d'être of CIG is to provide excellent opportunities to IIT Roorkee, its students, researchers, faculty and Alumina by increasing the industrial interaction in the institute. The group brings together all stakeholders of industrial collaboration- students, administration, faculty and the alumni together on one table. We work in the following areas- -Create new industrial relationships and strengthen existing ones. -Increase information accessibility about current collaborations and opportunities present in those for students. -Create an increasing environment for the faculty students and researchers for industrial collaboration. Our vision is to make IIT Roorkee a hub of Innovation and Research and to do that we follow our mission which is Building a stronger connection Between academia and industry through valuable Collaborations. By providing a platform for academia and industry to interact, CIG proffers to connect, collaborate and innovate.
