• Competing academically @ Vandy with some of the most brilliant young peoples in the world has infinitely expanded my perspective of the world we live in. I have developed abilities to make decisions, motivate others, interact with people of all different personalities and backgrounds, and work cooperatively with my peers• Playing four years of division-1 football has instilled in me several core disciplines and values that I have now engraved into my heart. They include: punctuality, accountability, diligence, respect for others, and taking pride in whatever I do. Football has also introduced me to a role of leadership that I'm increasingly eager to develop• My experiences @ Vandy and other organizations such as the Martha O’Bryan Center, Young Life, and Preston Taylor Ministries have renovated my sense of purpose. I have gained a real aspiration to encourage, educate, and empower our youth and those of in need
