And - I'm connecting people together. Connecting the dots. BRIEF HISTORY:2000 - 2002 At University my diploma thesis was related to Business Processes modeled by Petri nets. I was very interested in modeling (UML), process methodology (UP), and OOP.2001 - 2004 I was a manager of few innovative projects outsourced by Borland corp. During that time I moved from Ostrava to Prague. I met the gurus and founders of Agile method back then. 2004 - 2006 I came back to Ostrava & joined newly established Tieto's Czech Delivery Center. Together with great people we managed the first large delivery project from Ostrava for Scandinavian largest telecom company. 2006 - 2010 Our success led to formation of a consultant team - our mission: spread the knowledge about distributed Agile delivery. We also created an Agile version of UP. 2010 - 2013 We become part of Tieto's strategy: Lean and Agile transformation. We joined a cluster of Agile and Lean experts in Scandinavia including Finnish universities.2013 - 2016 RainFellows founded. After 9 years we decided to leave the corporate employment and build our own company. We grew up!2016 - now New strategy established: reflecting our experiences into our own companies (IQ, Avogado, Newired) and communities of experts and entrepreneurs (BusinessCon, Red Button, TechMeetups). We increase productization of our decade+ long experience of consultants.

A team of coaches, consultants and mentors having more than 20 years of experience with introducing Agile and Lean principles and methods in complex and highly evolving environments such as technological and telecommunication companies. We started our consulting team in Scandinavian company Tieto in 2006. We were members of Finish IT cluster focused on scaling Agile and Lean in various contexts including startups as well as international corporations. In 2013 we founded RainFellows, our own consulting company. In 2016 we co-founded/joined three other startups: Avogado and Newired. We apply the same principles to our own companies. We are eating our own dog food.We are members of top expert group Red Button. We have co-founded sharing platforms for IT geeks (TechMeetup Ostrava) and entrepreneurs (BusinessCon).

It will revolutionize the industry same way Uber or Spotify did.We were impressed about the idea: as a customer I want my new kitchen / household to fit perfectly my needs instead of me squeezing into a prefabricated standard pieces. And yet to get the best price on the market and get it in 5 minutes instead of weeks as if I buy new car and I can click my own configuration. I want perfect craftsmanship work done (which is usually not the case on the market) and I want me and my wife to be happy from beginning till the end because there is someone carrying.
