Extensive experience in management consulting, business analysis and transformation. Before joining Strategy Partners I worked as in-house consultant (head of PMO) and as a project manager at advisory departments of Big Four firms where I was lucky to deliver numerous complex projects related to business performance improvement, operating model redesign and strategy implementation.I am truly passionate about my work and always eager to add value to the business. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, most of all I like working on challenging projects and solving business problems. Such work helps me to be intellectually fit and inspired, while gaining new skills every day.I graduated cum laude from the Finance University under the Russian Federation Government (Financial Management) and from the International Appraising and Advisory Academy (Business Valuation).
