I developed and taught Information Literacy courses, (both instructor-led and asynchronous online), developed and taught, via closed-circuit TV, English classes for native speakers of Taiwanese and Japanese, developed and taught Academic Integrity seminar for Asian post-doctoral students.

I advised students on course selection and sequencing in an MS degree program. In that capacity, I worked with multiple university departments to ensure timely communication of semester course schedules, recording of students' grades, and maintaining accurate transcripts. I also maintained and updated the department's Web pages.

I established and managed WETA's first employee MIS training department, which included new employee onboarding training. In addition, I researched and wrote management reports on various topics, e.g., document archival systems and office automation. I also did in-house technical support, as needed.
