As the Digital Marketing Officer I oversaw everything digital for the Humanitarian Academy for Development (HAD). This entailed creating, coordinating and editing content for all digital channels including social media, email marketing, the website and internal communications as well as creating and implementing a digital plan (aligned with the 3 year marketing & comms strategy), developing and managing digital campaigns, acting as first point of call regarding any website updates or issues and producing monthly, quarterly and yearly social media and website analytics reports to inform the future digital strategy. I organised an internal capacity building workshop for International Women's Day 2020, inviting female staff to present talks on female leadership, representation, and intersectionality to increase awareness and encourage communication relating to gender and diversity within the business.
