Developed a survey for senior staff members, with quantitative and qualitative data, for the implementation of a gender parity strategy. Analysed quantitative and qualitative indicators to identify key factors that support women to enter and stay in senior management positions. Geographical and socioeconomic factors were considered for the analysis.Managed sensitive databases to evaluate work-life balance indicators including an analysis of leave policies and key findings from exit questionnaires.

Managed and analysed national vital statistics and socio-demographic indicators from census, surveys and administrative records on topics related to nutrition, sexual and reproductive health, education, poverty and inequality.One of 5 staff members selected to collaborate in the study Omitted Costs of Sexual and Reproductive Health led by UNFPA. Liaised with the teams of the World Bank and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean during a post-crisis intervention. Provided health and housing statistical information.

Managed and analysed socio-demographic indicators from surveys and administrative records on topics related to poverty, development, and sexual and reproductive health.Conducted research on affirmative actions in the public sector for women, ethnic groups, and people with disabilities. Provided analytical inputs to enhance the identification of cash transfers beneficiaries.Coordinated inter-agency activities with the Ministries of Health, Housing and Social Inclusion for the implementation of the National Strategy for Equality and the Eradication of Poverty. Led and coordinated an event for the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.

With a $1,500 award from the U.S. State Department, I coordinated the project "Empowering Women through Organic Agriculture", benefiting directly 13 women victims of gender-based violence.

With a $500 award from the U.S. Institute for Training and Development, I coordinated a project aimed at promoting employment opportunities for vulnerable people through organic agriculture and holistic education.
