For over seven years, I have been a logistics coordinator at UPS, one of the world's largest package delivery and supply chain management companies. My mission is to ensure that our customers' requirements are fulfilled while adhering to the company's standards, policies, and procedures.I have developed and demonstrated competencies in distribution logistics, logistics management, and warehouse operations, as well as skills in customer service, communication, and data analysis. Some of my achievements include providing on-time and accurate documents for customs clearance, liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders, performing on-time and accurate invoicing, maintaining data and document accuracy, and generating KPI reports. I also leverage my psychology background to understand and anticipate customer needs, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members. I am passionate about delivering excellence and innovation in logistics and supply chain solutions.
