This includes 15+ years with the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO), Australia's national workplace regulator. I have provided expert advice and assistance to help hundreds of organisations, from SMBs to large corporates navigate and comply with Australia’s complex IR laws.As a leader, I have led several high-performing teams in delivering impact along with outstanding client service.As Assistant Director of Compliance and Strategic Partnerships at the FWO, I led successful Compliance Partnerships with some of Australia's largest employers, including Woolworths, 7-Eleven, Chemist Warehouse, and McDonald's. I worked closely with these organizations to implement innovative compliance systems and processes, roll out workplace relations training, and investigate and resolve claims. In particular, the Woolworths Compliance partnership established a new benchmark in labour supply chain governance.Prior to this, I served as FWO Assistant Director of Communications (Knowledge Solutions), where I led a high-performing team of workplace relations experts in developing and enhancing the national regulator's online knowledge resources. I also led a series of multi-stakeholder forums, providing on-the-ground insight and industry intelligence that shaped the regulator's education, compliance, and enforcement strategies in several key industries.I also led a high-performing team of IR ‘experts for the experts’ providing specialist technical advice to IR practitioners.My communication and stakeholder relationship management skills have been honed over a decade in key strategic stakeholder management roles. I have built successful strategic partnerships with employers, industry bodies, and some of Australia's largest employers.
