- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs. - Researching potential suppliers. - Tracking orders and ensure timely delivery. - Managing ERP system according to P2P process. - Conducting market research to identify pricing trends. - Evaluating offers from suppliers and negotiating better prices. - Preparing cost analyses. - Maintaining updated records of invoices and contracts. - Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders. - Liaising with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition. - Participating in meetings to scope out procurement initiative objectives and timeline with stakeholders and suppliers. - Managing supplier relationships.
