Had done the preliminary sorting of the candidates, arranged and scheduled interviews, coordinated with the candidates. I was a part of the process of final selection of the employees, recruited nearly 30 employees.Conducted the induction as well as feedback session.

Was a contributory Lecturer at Sabadai Raisoni Women's College,Affiliated to SNDT University ,Mumbai.My subjects were Business Communication , Communication Skills.I took lectures of students of Computer Application (BCA) as well as of Bachelor of Science Information Technology (BSc.IT) .Interacting with with students, addressing their doubts , helping them shape up their own personality was a exhilarating experience.
