- Implemented and managed project management tools for a team of 200+ people (including Monday.com, Slack, Smartsheet, and Egnyte)- Managed and communicated the daily schedule of the production to all crew and suppliers- Served as the main contact person for all technical suppliers and crew- Planned the work schedule of 20 crew members and 50 volunteers over a period of 3 months- Managed a team of 20 volunteers over a period of 5 weeks- Worked as the personal assistant (PA) to the Head of Production- Served as an aide for all press requiring access to the main hall and stage area- Assisted in the crisis management training sessions of top management- Assisted in the creative process of the 39 delegations (each representing their country), with a focus on the technical abilities and constraints of their performanceThe Eurovision Song Contest consisted of 12 shows, of which 9 were executed with an audience of 3500 (during the Covid-19 pandemic). The three live broadcasts attracted 183 million viewers. The ESC 2021 was the largest production ever executed at the Rotterdam Ahoy venue.

I instructed drivers and coordinated the delivery service through the logistics software Onfleet. In addition, I managed sales through WooCommerce (WordPress plug-in) and managed accounts through MoneyBird (accounting tool). Lastly, I supported customers by email and phone.Kerstbomen Amsterdam is an Amsterdam-based startup selling Christmas trees. It was the first retailer in the area to offer a digital service and delivery while preserving the high-quality standard existing customers were used to (9 in 10 customers return the next year). Now, Kerstbomen Amsterdam offers country-wide next-day delivery. In addition, five sales points still allow those who love the traditional Christmas experience to pick up their own tree.

Reach Out is the charity committee of student organisation STAR. Reach Out organises several events each year to raise money and awareness for a main charity partner, this year it was KWF Kankerbestrijding. Besides, we will organise some smaller events such as a dinner at a Ronald McDonald House. As fundraiser my main tasks were to find creative ways to raise money and to act as main contact person for our external partners.
