I have a unique blend of business ownership and an extensive business background with over 30 years of experience ranging from asset management and control, to guiding a 14 State regional sales force. I held a wide variety of leadership positions advising executive level management and business owners on various aspects of business finance, sales, product distribution, channel product positioning and business management. Before joining Business Acquisitions, LTD, I owned a successful commercial custom sign business. The company was a startup venture, which grew into a thriving business, winning 4 national awards during my five years of operation prior to me selling the company. My firsthand knowledge of the challenges of owning a business lends itself well to working with business owners. I also spent over 25 years with a Fortune 100 company in a variety of leadership roles. In my last position I served as General Sales Manager for a division with sales of $250 million, covering a 14 state region and supervised the area sales people. During my tenure, I consistently delivered bottom line results increasing revenues and improving gross profit. Before serving as General Sales Manager, I held the position of Business Finance Manager for the Northwest Region. My responsibilities included the supervision of accounting, credit and real estate. I developed, reviewed and analyzed operating budgets and provided ongoing forecasts. I also provided asset management, advice and financial business consulting to independent dealers. Previous positions included serving as Audit Manager for Field Auditing with the responsibility for evaluating, planning, developing and directing internal auditing policies and procedures covering North America.
