Project Manager
CurrentDirect contract management and administration and provide technical and administrative direction to ensure contract goals are achieved. Establish and maintains a professional working relationship with customer personnel, contractors and suppliers. Responsible for providing hands on leadership for the project’s operations and maintenance and admin staff as well as planning, directing and monitoring the performance of the operations and maintenance staff. Manage the maintenance on over three hundred pieces of township equipment from various departments within the town (Police, OEM, Fire, Sanitation, etc.)Additional duties include: • Function as the Senior Site Safety Manager .• Prepare annual reviews and goals for direct reports.• Establish performance metrics; track, analyze and report out monthly on the performance of the organization.• Formulate and enforce work standards, assigning schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policy, purposes and goals of the organization to subordinates.• Ensure that the maintenance facility is operated and maintained in a cost-effective and safe manner. This is done in accordance within the approved budget and the customer’s requirements to fulfill operations and maintain contractual obligations.• Manage operations and maintenance staff including hiring, recognition, discipline, and performance management.• Perform audits to ensure that the organization is exceeding all contractual obligations.• Manage the computerized maintenance management/work order system.• Implement policies, procedures and organizational and create processes for all areas.• Plan, staff and supervise all assigned work activities through subordinate managers.• Serves as the contractor's single contract manager, and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the customer contract administrator.• Plan, prepare and implement a training program to meet all required functional requirements.
