Computer Technician
Current- Responsible for configuring, deploying and troubleshooting computer systems for end users of the City of Long Beach. Deployed 400+ computers for the Health Department, Police Departments, Fire Departments, Libraries.
- Install applications and configure the computer for the user per the information obtained during the interview process.
- Work collaboratively with Project Coordinator and onsite clients to ensure that PCs are deployed according to the TIG standard of excellence.
- Confirm equipment to be replaced both physically and in Service Management Tool.
- Determine needed software and peripheral upgrades.
- Work cooperatively with Department WAN/LAN, Systems, Applications, or Network teams on deployment and troubleshooting.
