(Retired) My position at the Port of Houston Authority requires me to Inspect Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical (HVAC) Systems. The position also requires me to Inspect Natural Gas piping, Compressed air piping, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler piping, Sanitary Sewer Mains, Sanitary Sewer Manholes, Storm Sewer Mains, Storm Sewer Manholes, Potable Water Mains, Fire Hydrants, Underground Electrical Ductbanks, Electrical Manholes, Underground TelCom Ductbanks, TelCom Manholes, Security Systems and Fiber Optics Installations.

Job Responsibilities: Inspection of all phases of construction for One and Two Family Dwellings. In addition to Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural and Building Inspections for Occupancy Certificates, Dangerous Buildings, Life Safety, Mag-Lock, Commercial and Industrial Electrical Inspections and Investigations for Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Structural and Building Code Violations.MDI Inspector - Structual, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Inspector.

Job Responsibilities: Daily operations of independently owned Construction Company. Estimating, Sales, Design, Service, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Employee Taxes, Sales Taxes, Corporate Taxes and Human Resource Manager. I employed 23 employees with over one million dollars in gross sales for Electrical & HVAC Sales and Installation, Subdivision Utilities, Installation for Water Lines, Sewer Lines, Sewer Manholes, Fire Hydrants, Fire Lines, Commercial and Residential Building Construction and Remodeling including Electrical and Mechanical Installations.
