Senior Systems Security Engineer
Mr. Cooper Retired from Boeing on 30 January 2014. He provided both Systems Engineering (SE) and Information Systems Security Engineering (ISSE) support to Intelligence and Security Systems (I&SS). The System Security Engineering tasks focus primarily on Information System Security Engineering Lifecycle activities, and Information System (IS) Certification and Accreditation (C&A). Mr. Cooper's last assignment was supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) as an Information Assurance Officer (IAO). Prior to supporting MDA, Mr. Cooper supported the Brigade Combat Team Modernization (BCTM) System of System Common Operating Environment (SoSCOE) product Evaluation. This SSE support included ensuring product compliance to the NSA SOSCOE Evaluation Guidelines. He also supported the development of DIACAP packages for Information Systems incorporating the SOSCOE. Mr. Cooper has also provided System Engineering (SE) Support to other Government programs. These efforts included the derivation of Customer Requirement Document (CRD) to develop a program System Requirements Specification (SRS) and Subsystem Specifications (SSS). Supported the development of Department of Defense Architecture Framework documents (DoDAF) using System Architect, specifically the development of OV-6c (documented legacy data flows) and SV-6c. Documented implementation threads and identified/developed Technical Performance Measures (TPMs). Mr. Cooper also has developed Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and associated architectures for various systems under development.
