Mr. Davison was responsible for providing technical leadership and support to a variety of clients in the areas of emergency management; environmental policy and program support; regulatory policy development and analysis; training; and communications and outreach. Mr. Davison served as project manager overseeing contractor support and as an analyst for EPA's HQ Emergency Operations Center (EOC) for every major nationally-significant event and several smaller events between 1991 and 1997. These events included Hurricanes Andrew and Iniki; the Oklahoma City bombing; the Atlanta Olympic bombing; the Midwest Floods; and the Loma Prieta earthquake. Mr. Davison served as a lead trainer for EPA's Toxic Release Inventory (TRI); and supported communications and outreach for a variety of EPA programs. Mr. Davison also supported development of regulations and associated policies for EPA, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), and the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), amongst other clients.
