As pre-sales engineer at ExaGrid, Overland Storage and HiStor I held a role of Presales and Technology Evangelist for our channel in France, Germany, Benelux and Europe.I also conducted web conferences, presentations, audits, project qualifications, training, proof of concepts, and I assisted implementations for our channel, for alliance partners and for end-users in several countries. As Infrastructure consultant at SCC I was in charge of multi-brand B2B proposals for server consolidation and virtualization, backup and storage (SAN, NAS, iSCSI, D2D2T, VTL, Tape), networking and thin client. I also acquired experience with the TCO/ROI approach, as well as communication and reporting skills in French and English.The first part of my career was focused on hardware assembly, UNIX and Windows administration, networking and implementation in multiple programming languages These 25 years of professional experience, with roles ranging from C++ multi-thread programmer to Account Manager, allowed me to gain an important overall and in-depth IT knowledge on infrastructure, storage, backup, networking and virtualization as well as solid pedagogical and communication skills (written and spoken in several languages).
