Ron DiFabio is a senior-level sales executive with extensive retail experience having held responsibilities for 8+ years in retail merchandising and 20+ years on the manufacturer side of the business. He has been fortunate to have collaborated with four entrepreneurial companies whose significant growth and value led to their successful sale. Of further value is his knowledge of multiple channels of distribution, sharing and owning of P&L, building and developing sales organizations and the ability to quickly understand market trends and implement changes as necessary. Ron’s most notable role to date was serving as a significant contributor to the success of Keurig’s single-serve, consumer coffee business in the capacity of Vice President and Senior Vice President of U.S. Sales from 2008 thru 2016. Under his leadership, the sales organization drove unprecedented growth by creating sales strategies, enacting operational policies and securing the resources necessary to support the company's long term vision and financial goals. He institutionalized many corporate policies and initiated and executed several derivative product offerings and promotional strategies that contributed to the significant increase in household penetration while minimizing channel conflict. Household penetration went from 2M in 2008 to 23M in 2016. Ron anticipated & executed the transition from direct and non-direct sales managers to cross-functional sales teams to ensure the organization remained customer focused during several years of exceptional growth.Prior to joining Keurig Green Mountain, Inc., Ron was the VP of Sales, National Accounts for Jarden Consumer Solution's Personal Comfort & Wellness Division. He held progressive sales leadership roles for Jarden Consumer Solutions as well as roles of increasing purchase responsibility at Bradlees, Inc. His most recent position was SVP of U.S. Sales for SharkNinja during a time of revenue growth, category expansion, equity investment and being prepared for public offering. Ron's passion and commitment to job responsibilities combined with strong leadership, merchandising and analytical skills best describes his character.
