Help support, recruit, on-board, and develop Sales Trainers at each of our Distribution Centers. Develop continuous improvement processes related to the Account Rep (entry level sales) development program to improve speed and accuracy of reports, program development and scalability.Our training team has won training awards in four straight years. 2019/2020/2021/2022 Training Mag Top 125, 2020/2021/2022 CLO Learning Elite Top 59.Help lead our Learning and Development team by assisting with the auditing, creation, and development of training materials to support the sales force, including soft skills training, account penetration, prospecting, objections, routing, major account acquisition, and other sales improvement related topics.Help plan, develop, implement, and run Kimball Midwest's online training platform. Offering over 60 hours of live training weekly to more than 1,100 Sales Force members across the United States. Successfully transitioned all of our historically in person classes to an online classroom.

Sales Development- Help create sales/product training material and documents to support sales team growth and retention. Update existing documents, ensuring accurate/up to date information. Coordinate training across departments. Operations- Facilitate the team in charge of distribution and restock of our inventory to our satellite distribution centers across the country. Work with the internal purchasing team to help regulate safety stock, and supplement if needed.Annual Planning- Work with our field Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and Internal Staff to build a comprehensive "bottom-up" sales plan for 2019. Helping plan where the managers will target for additional Sales Representatives, and the financial impact they will have to the companies growth target.Sales Recruiting- Work with our external sales force recruiters and managers to help build and maintain a constant pipeline of the best sales people. Help improve and update internal reporting relating to the Sales Recruiting department. Assist in the development and growth of our nationwide entry-level sales training program.
