Professionally acknowledge all the people entering the building and attempt to be of help. Monitor CCTV’S, Lobby Area, and the fire alarm equipment. Coordinate and convey instructions and information from the Property Management and the Security Officers. Maintain Daily Activity and Incident Reports by shift. Inspect console area during shift change to ensure that computers, phones, laptops, and radios are accounted for and serviceable. Review Building Registers and turn this over to the Property Manager. Monitor building phones. Required to answer the switchboard phone and route all calls appropriately. Phone lists with Business Units, personal and Administrative Assistants were provided at the lobby desk. We are required to answer the HAZMAT line, respond to a TSA calls and properly carry out the responsibilities of a fire alarm. I’m very proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Access. I have excellent general office knowledge, professionalism, and good English communication skills. I’m great at multitasking, articulate, and willing to portray a positive professional attitude at all times. . I have experience in making travel arrangements and managing calendars in the corporate atmosphere. I would consider myself a team player, and able to work independently. I’m very flexible, willing to come in at any time of the day. I can work any shift in any department. I don’t have any salary expectations, I have the strong desire to work for a company that is on cutting edge and puts value on people and the products they are promoting.
