Accomplishments include design and implementation of MSR Valuation processes for LOCOM, FAS133 hedge accounting, and fair value accounting standards at some of the largest originator/servicers in the industry. Deep experience in the acquisition of both mortgage companies and mortgage servicing, Expertise extends from traditional static valuation to state-of-the-art OAS valuation requiring distributed processing. Additional accomplishments include being an an invited speaker on best practices for MSR valuation at a Joint Regulatory conference in Washington, D.C. and speaker at several MBA conferences. Capital Markets experience includes ILS transactions as well as ABS securitizations.
