• Led and managed a thorough analysis of over 200 potential target disease states to create an expedited pathway to commercialization for PDA-002.• With the idea of beginning with the end in mind, after the disease selection process, developed a plan to create studies that would “tell the story” of how our product is differentiated and superior to current options. With this strategy, once the development process is completed, the salesforce will have the tools and data necessary to be extremely successful.• Fostered the development of inter-department collaboration to create synergy and effective communication leading to enhanced efficiency and cost savings. • In addition to leadership and management roles of collaborating on the development of the long-term plan, was responsible for being the “boots on the ground”. Recruited, evaluated and managed sites for all studies for the Western 2/3 of the U.S., Canada and parts of the EU. This was over 100 sites across studies, so obviously, travel is not an issue for me. I am a firm believer that great relationships lead directly to success.
