Network/Systems Administrator: Maintained, managed, and troubleshot network infrastructure for two departments within the School of Business. This included; servers, drives, email, wireless, hardware, software, VPN, A/V, etc. Worked with USU central IT to design, implement, and integrate new technologies, infrastructures, and payment systems for Partners In Business and The Shingo Prize. Database Administrator: Performed routine relational database maintenance and updates. Extensive ETL from MS SQL Server into compatible formats (.csv, .xml) was executed to import into Salesforce cloud platform. Created stored procedures and queries to extract meaningful data that were used to join tables across different datasets and normalize the data. Business Intelligence and Analytics were used to determine future trends and solutions. I also cleansed and filtered redundant data from incorrect table relationships for better data accuracy.Project Manager/Lead Developer (Cloud Implementation): Designed and implemented the integration and migration of outdated information systems to Salesforce. This included the importation of relevant data from existing databases to facilitate multi-user accessibility and better security controls. I developed and integrated multiple API’s for a PCI compliant online payment system, cross-platform data uploading, real-time KPI and reporting services, and financial software compatibility. This system allowed for an online seamless infrastructure reducing employee inefficiency by 70%. Also responsible for the direction of technical meetings to establish ITIL/ITSM for current and future business needs.Conference Coordinator: Partners In Business Conference Coordinator for 28th Annual Information Technology Conference at Utah State University. I worked directly with different department heads and faculty to increase IT conference attendance by 150% compared to previous years.
