I have been the manager of customer services for STORServer, Inc. since 2010.I have more than 20 years of experience in storage management, IT operations and help desk management. I have been with STORServer since August of 2002 when I was brought on as a senior consultant. After many successful years with the company, I took on the manager position and became responsible for supervising the support and consulting team, making myself directly responsible for all customer care services. My professional career began with the United States Air Force, where I served as a member of the Security Police stationed at Nellis Air Force Base and responsible for the Security Police Automated Systems in Las Vegas, Nev., from 1985 to 1991. Afterwards, I stayed in Las Vegas and accepted a position with MGM Mirage Resorts International where I became a lead systems engineer. While with MGM, I was a key part of integrating applications and hardware into the casino environment that remotely managed 14 casino properties and was in charge of the Sun Servers, Tandem Non-stop server, StorageTek Powderhorn tape libraries.
