I was also responsible for the development of projected life cycle cost for the bid on the re compete of the program.

This included serving as the Director of Logistics functional representative for all Bionix engineering meetings. Served as functional lead performing functional assessment of the flowcharts, specifications and logic, input/output requirement, reports, and functional database for the Velocity Management Material Returns Program for the U.S. Army Logistics Support Activity. This report assisted the government in determining where material returns were coming from, what condition they were in, and if needed what unit requirements had priority.

Served as Team Leader and assistant Program Manager responsible for the Armaments, Chemical, and Logistics Activity portion of the $1.9 B M1A2 Tank Program for the State of Kuwait. Responsibilities included ensuring that all fielding requirements were met to support the Total Package Fielding for the 218 Kuwait unique tanks along with all support equipment in place prior to fielding ( 97% of requirements were in place prior to fielding).The State of Kuwait placed a requirement for a manual safety being placed on its M2 cal.k .50 machine guns. I lead the design team that produced the prototype safety and presented it to the Government of Kuwait for approval. Design was accepted and fielded with the tanks. This modification was adopted by the U.S. Military for all M2 machine guns.Also during this period, I assisted in the planning development, and award for a M1A2 Multi Purpose rRange Complex to be built in Kuwait. This included the review of all proposals, verification of pricing data,and the ability of the competing companies to meet the requirements. This range was the first range built to M1A2 specifications and became the prototype for all future ranges in the army .
